Google Analytics
Microsoft Clarity: How we’ve improved our websites and apps. As a company that has multiple websites and apps, we’ve always wanted to know how end users experience our products. We used Google Analytics to track basic metrics such as the number of visitors, bounce rate, and conversion rate. However, we had no idea what exactly the users were doing on our websites and apps. What do they click on, what do they ignore, and how far do they scroll?
Microsoft Clarity
That’s why we were very happy when we discovered Microsoft Clarity. A free tool that captures user behavior on our websites and apps. With Clarity, we were able to easily view heatmaps and session recordings, which showed us how real people were using our products. We were amazed at the insights we got. Insights to improve the user experience based on this data.
Super easy to use!!
One of the things we learned was that users struggled to find the right information or functionality. They clicked on many different buttons, menus, and links, but left the website or app without reaching their goal. We realized that our user interface was too complicated and unclear, and that we needed to simplify it and organize it better.
Another thing we discovered was that many users didn’t scroll far enough to read our most important blog posts. We decided to move these elements to the top and so they became much more visible. This has resulted in a lot more views and backlinks.
After making these changes, we noticed a significant improvement in the performance of our websites and apps. Our bounce rate decreased, our conversion rate increased, and our customer satisfaction grew. We were very pleased with the results, and we continued to use Clarity to further optimize our websites and apps.
Recommendation
We highly recommend Microsoft Clarity to anyone who has a website or app. Whether it’s a webshop, a blog, a portfolio, or any other type of website or app. Clarity is a great tool that helps you understand your users, improve your products, and grow your business. And best of all, it’s completely free! And no we don’t get anything for this:)
