Software as a Service

Developed entirely in-house with the latest technologies.

This gives us a lot of freedom and the opportunity to incorporate customer wishes into our product.

In the 2nd quarter of 2021, we were busy making an inventory of user experiences, wishes of organizations and converting them into user stories and backlogs for the development team. From the 3rd quarter we have been working on building it functionally and ensuring that the existing candidates are not bothered by the change.

We have changed the user interface for the customer portal, optimized existing features and added new features. To be honest, the plan was to go live in Q3 2021. Due to extra features and valuable feedback, we have pushed the deadline slightly.

CareerTracker has become friendlier, simpler and more complete, adding even more value to the organization.

We have improved CareerTracker to connect and engage your employees

A record number of employees are quitting or thinking about doing so. Organizations that take the time to learn why—and act thoughtfully—will have an edge in attracting and retaining talent.

40% of employees say they are likely to leave in t0 next 3-6 months

38% of employers believe attrition is due to compensation

54% of employees leave because the don’t feel valued by their managers

51% of employees leave because they don’t feel a sense of belonging at work

64% of employees considering leaving say they would do so without another job in hand

The biggest motivator is making progress in your own work. The times when professionals make progress are the days when they feel most motivated and engaged. Set goals together with measurable results.

The new CareerTracker is so much more than just a fresh new look and feel. It meets the core need to provide insight into the craftsmanship of the professionals and to offer development opportunities, we add a lot of possibilities to the mix that will help you to continue to engage and connect the workforce.

An upgrade like this is more than just exciting new features and a beautiful user interface – we’ve laid the foundation for developing our solutions to stay aligned with the changes in Performance and Talent Management.

We are already working on defining possible new functions to continue to support you in the continuity of the organization.

In the coming period, more information about the new CareerTracker will be released via this blog.
